No Refund After Work Starts:
Refunds are not possible once your project has begun, as work has already commenced and resources are committed.
Cancellation Allowed Anytime, But No Current Month Refund:
You may cancel services at any time with a written notice, but charges for the current month will still apply.
No Refund for Ignoring AI powered SEO Advice:
If CoreTech’s AI powered SEO recommendations are disregarded, we cannot guarantee results or provide refunds.
No Refund if Hiring Other SEO Company:
Bringing in a second SEO company during your contract voids your eligibility for a refund.
No Refund if Client Blocks AI powered SEO Work:
Delays or blocked access to your website prevent our team from delivering results, and refunds won’t apply.
No Refund After Design Approval:
Once you approve the design and testing begins, the work is considered finalized and non-refundable.
Special Event Services Are Non-Cancellable (without 30 Days Notice):
To cancel limited-time or special event services, you must notify us 30 days in advance.
AI powered SEO Packages Are Non-Refundable but Cancellable with 15 Days Notice:
You can cancel future AI powered SEO packages with 15 days' notice, but ongoing services are not refundable.
No Refund for Inactive/Vacant Projects:
If you leave a project unattended for over 30 days, we cannot issue refunds for lack of communication or progress.
